Pineapple Monkey Salsa


  • 1 pineapple diced
  • 1 tablespoon Original Howler Monkey Sauce
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro finely chopped, to taste
  • 1 cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice from 2 limes
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Cut pineapple in half lengthwise, and use a knife and a spoon to hollow it out into a bowl. Use the pineapple meat in your salsa! Mix all diced ingredients together in a bowl, then scoop into your new pineapple serving bowl! Enjoy with organic blue corn chips for a gluten-free snack!
