- 1 pineapple diced
- 1 tablespoon Original Howler Monkey Sauce
- 1 clove garlic diced
- 1 large tomato diced
- 1 bunch cilantro finely chopped, to taste
- 1 cup onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice from 2 limes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
